BACKGROUND

Patsios Homes is a boutique custom and speculative home builder located in the North Georgia Mountains. While we still build custom homes in Atlanta, our passion and focus is on energy efficient, sustainable home designs in the mountains that feel good the second you walk in. Jason Patsios is the owner and founder. He has had a passion for the construction industry since his early teens. He learned from the ground up after begging his family to work on their construction projects. Early on he could be found sweeping houses, picking up trash, carrying lumber, and other small tasks. Before finishing high school, he had adopted the skills necessary to build houses on his own.  Jason graduated from the University of Georgia business school with a degree in Risk Management/Actuarial Science.

Patsios Homes an IGSHPA certified geothermal installer.
